About
Richard Ndayishimiye is an Assistant Lecturer of Management Science. He has his higher education at the National Institute for Public Health (Burundi) where he obtained his Licence degree in 2010 followed by Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management at the African Centre of Higher Studies of Management (Senegal). He is currently doing a Ph.D degree in Management Science at the University of Burundi in collaboration with the University of Bordeaux (Bordeaux).
He had specialised ICTE training at the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN). He is a Fellow of the Baden Württemberg Stiftung of Germany and President of the Association of Health Service Executives (ACGSS) of Burundi. He is currently the technical coordinator of the business incubator of the University of Burundi doctoral school.
He won the 2nd place of the AINF's 2015 'MASTER HR Health Quality of Life' Award (8th edition) REFERENCE RH - IAS. He has served as health manager at the Rwibaga Hospital and Bujumbura Health Province of the Ministry of Public Health.
