Dr. Natou Hourenatou

Dr Hourenatou holds a PhD in Management Sciences obtained in 2015. She teaches at the Faculty of Economic Sciences and Management, Department of Management, Strategy and Prospective of the University of Ngaoundéré, and is a member of the Laboratory of Management and Human Resources Management. Dr Hourenatou intervenes in the field of Organisational Management in general, she is specialised in Entrepreneurship/Innovation, Information System, Strategic Watch and Economic Intelligence and author of several articles in these fields.

She is the Coordinator of the University of Ngaoundere Innovation Center of Excellence (UNICE) whose main activity is to raise awareness of entrepreneurship and innovation among the University Community of Ngaoundere and also to support students with projects via a business incubator for which she is responsible. Dr Hourenatou is an expert in Business Support Services (BSS), approved by the Agency for the Promotion of SMEs (APME) in Cameroon.

She is the founding president of the African Women and Youth Expansion Association (AWAYE) which advocates for the empowerment of women and girls, education, schooling and keeping girls in school. She also holds the position of Deputy Mayor of Ngaoundéré 3rd District Commune in the Adamaoua Region of Cameroon.
